A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
By way of derogation, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may do this by:
- using our electronic withdrawal function on our website (directly accessible at: Cancel contract), in which case you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt with the date and time of your withdrawal by email.
- Or: informing us by other means (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email to Vetain GmbH, An der Flur 9, 85604 Zorneding, Germany, Tel.: +49 1512 0217214, Email: support@vetains.shop). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you declare your withdrawal via the electronic withdrawal function on our website, you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt with the date and time of your withdrawal by email.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal may also not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can quickly perish or whose expiration date is quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us postage due.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
